RETURNS

Please choose your product carefully, as the masks are a hygienic product used on faces, we do not offer returns on purchases because of change of mind. We will replace or refund products that are faulty or fall under standard practice of Australian Consumer Law. 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE
If you have received faulty goods, please contact us at info@clearcollective.com.au with description and photos of the issue and we can offer an exchange/replacement product or a refund.

We collect, process and review return packages every Friday of each week. Please allow up to 4 business days for your return to be reviewed and actioned.
 

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@clearcollective.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.

Unfortunately if we have already begun packing/shipping your order you cannot cancel or make amendments to your order.
